We’re upfront about this: we train for four specific careers, all in healthcare and aviation. We won’t pretend to cover every high-paying field out there — only the ones we teach.
Perioperative Theatre Technology
Theatre technologists are among the more specialized — and better compensated — roles in Kenyan healthcare, simply because so few institutions train people to this level. Hospitals consistently need staff who can support surgical teams competently, and that scarcity works in graduates’ favor.
Our Perioperative Theatre Technology program covers surgical instrument handling, sterilization, anesthesia support, and intraoperative teamwork — with hands-on lab and clinical practice, not just classroom theory. Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
CNA is one of the most direct routes into Kenya’s healthcare workforce. It’s an entry-level qualification, so pay reflects that starting point — but it’s also a genuine foundation that graduates build on over time, including progressing into more specialized roles later.
Our CNA program covers patient care fundamentals, vital signs monitoring, first aid, and clinical support skills, combining classroom instruction with supervised practice.
Caregiver Training
Caregiving demand has grown steadily in Kenya as families increasingly need trained support for elderly or ill relatives. It’s not typically among the highest-paying roles on day one, but it’s stable, consistently in demand, and — for students interested in working abroad — one of the clearer international pathways available.

Cabin Crew
Cabin crew roles offer competitive entry-level pay, and earnings tend to improve with experience, routes, and seniority. It’s also one of the more visible, sought-after careers among young Kenyans researching aviation training.
Our Cabin Crew course is a six-month program covering aviation safety, emergency procedures, in-flight service, and professional presentation — built around real industry training standards.

Accreditation
All four programs are registered under the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority (TVETA). Our healthcare training also reflects standards referenced by the World Health Organization and the Kenya Ministry of Health, while our cabin crew training draws on frameworks from IATA.

- A KCSE certificate (flexible — see our grade C and D plain pathways if your grades don’t meet a direct entry point)
- National ID or passport copy
- Passport-sized photographs
- A medical fitness certificate
